The room was brand-new and spotless with a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the private bathroom. the location was favorable, just a minute walk from Asia Outdoors. the area was quiet, very close to restaurants, and the national park with caves.

We had an exceptional stay at Cat Ba Rose Nhung! The value for money was great and our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, just a five-minute walk from the waterfront and all the bars and restaurants. The staff, especially Jack and Tai, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us with tours, bike rentals, and even arranged a surprise bouquet for our friend's birthday. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and had a powerful, hot shower. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Cat Ba!

The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety.

The hotel's shared lounge was so cozy, I couldn't resist having a nap there. The restaurant was fantastic, they even served food, which was a pleasant surprise!

I had a lovely 2-night stay at a hotel in Cat Ba. The hotel manager, Tai, provided exceptional customer service and helped me plan and book all my trips and onward travel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast, alternating between omelettes and banana pancakes, was delicious. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
